Course Aim:
This course will provide experienced project managers and project team members in leadership
roles, including project directors and project mentors, with a comprehensive foundation
knowledge of change management theory and a practical experience of some basic tools and
techniques to manage change.
Course Description:
This course reviews the changes occuring at Telstra. Utilising various change models and elicting techniques from practitioners, each attendee applies the techiniques thoughout the day to describe how they would manage major organisational change.
