Course Aim:
Understanding financial principles such as profit and loss, accrual accounting, balance sheets and budgeting is crucial to the project manager. This course will give project managers the where withall to report up to sponsors and project directors with clarity and with the same vernacular.
Course Description:
Course rapidly develops the financial skills of the attendee. Starting with double entry bookkeeping and through into P&L statements, balance sheets and fundamental budgeting principles. Like all mbh courses, it is experiential based with case studies utilising ASX 100 companies.
