mbh training - Advanced Diploma in Project Management

Course Aim:
Projects are the delivery vehicle of a company’s vision. As this has become apparent, the demand for people within the organisation who can manage across a portfolio of projects has risen exponentially. Our Advance Diploma in Project Management is focused on giving individuals charged with this role the skills and knowledge to effectively carry it out.
Our approach takes into account current Project Management theory and debate including:

* the mix of complexity theory and control theory to successfully implement change
* the use of effective project appraisal and portfolio appraisal techniques to ensure the strategy is right and the portfolio of projects optimised to deliver it and
* the ability to analyse and remove constraints along a chain of activities to improve both efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio delivery.
